rabotîn = (wood) shaving

est-i’ pôssibl’ye, est-i’ pèrmîns, qué les cats mangent des rabotîns!
(is it possible, is it permitted, that cats eat wood shavings!)
i.e. blow me down, knock me down with a feather, would you Adam and Eve it….
